About Author
Dr. S L Srinivasamurthy – is basically Science student and has vast experience in Plant Tissue culture. Obtained Kannada M. A. From Mysore University and P G in Journalism & Mass Communication from Karnataka State Open University. Later he received his Ph.D. from Bangalore University for his commendable work on the Life & Achievements of Benjamin Lewis Rice, popularly known as B.L. Rice – British historian, archaeologist and educationist. For this he has visited Oxford, Cambridge and London Universities and collected very rare documents.
The author has also worked as member of text book committee, resource person He has taught Kannada for competitive exams like IAS, KAS and received “SHIKSHAN JYOTI ” award. Currently he is HOD in the Dept. of Kannada Vijaya PU college, Bengaluru.
